In 2015 Fay joined the Houses of Parliament and was further promoted to Deputy Director of Security Operations bringing strategic leadership to a team of over 300 security staff providing 24/7 static, patrolling, command and control, search and screening Fay was on duty the day of the fatal Terrorist Attack at Westminster Bridge and Parliament After 6 years at Parliament, Fay was recruited to join the Royal Household as Deputy Director of Security Liaison
